'Nduja
With its perfect spreadability, our ‘nduja is loved all over the world. Made with bacon, bacon and pure Italian pork lard, it is seasoned with red pepper and Calabrian chillies. In its whole version for slicing, it is stuffed into “crespone” pork casing and tied by hand with natural twine. Bongenus ‘nduja is also present in the practical jar, ready to spread. And, for the more delicate palates, we have decided to produce the exclusive sweet version.
Sausages
From the traditional sausage to the tasty sopressata, our sausages are made with pure minced pork and added with fine aromatic ingredients, such as sweet red pepper and spicy chilli pepper, coming from Calabrian gastronomic deposits for the valorisation and production of the products according to ancient recipes traditional. When cut, you can see the coarse grain of the lean meat with well-distributed fat and the red color typical of Calabrian products.

Bacon, Ham and the Capocollo are our exquisite wholesale cuts, which bring all the authenticity of the Made in Italy taste to the table. Obtained from selected pigs, both are carefully processed and matured to develop a unique and intense flavour.
